Athletics at GPS

Building character through sportsmanship, teamwork, and the joy of competition, not just winning.

Our Athletic Philosophy

At GPS, athletics isn't about producing elite athletes, it's about developing the whole child. Our sports program builds teamwork, resilience, sportsmanship, and physical fitness in an environment where every student is encouraged to participate, grow, and have fun.

As an IB World School, we connect athletics to the Learner Profile, particularly the attributes of being Balanced and Risk-Takers. Students learn that taking on physical challenges builds the same confidence they need in the classroom.
