Over the past 46 years, Granada Preparatory School has offered its students an education based not only on reading, writing, math, social studies and science, but also on the core values of leadership, personal responsibility, and good citizenship. With the acquisition of the IB program, the IB learner profile attributes have been incorporated into all aspects of the educational program. That coupled with the trust developed through our strong family-like atmosphere allows our faculty to help develop in every student the self-confidence necessary to succeed.

Each year we evaluate what is needed to enhance our program, create opportunities for learning and provide a safe and secure environment for our students. Last year we conducted a survey of our families to understand where there might be areas for improvement. The number one concern was security. Therefore this year’s Annual Giving Campaign will focus on security enhancement.

How You Can Help

We are asking for your support to make this important enhancement possible. By contributing to our Annual Giving Campaign, you will directly help fund the raising of the perimeter fence, a simple yet highly effective measure that will significantly improve campus security.​ Every donation, no matter the size, will make a difference in helping us achieve this goal. Whether through a one-time contribution or a pledged amount, your generosity will bring us closer to ensuring the continued safety of our school community.

At Granada Preparatory School, we pride ourselves on being a close-knit community that works together to provide the best for our students. Your support of this initiative will not only strengthen our physical security but will also reflect the commitment we all share in our children’s safety. This year’s goal is 100% participation from families, faculty, trustees, and staff. Partner with the faculty and staff as they work to create a safer school for your student this year by donating to the annual Fund. To commemorate your donation of $100 or more, your child will create artwork for a tile to be displayed on the wall of the school. A donation of $500 or more will allow your child to create 4 tiles. Each day as your child arrives they will see their tile and know that their family helped to enhance security in their school by donating to the Annual Fund.

• Use the enclosed form and drop off or mail your donation to the school.

• Check to see if your company offers a matching gift program which can be used to double or sometimes triple your gift.
